Terms & Conditions

Delivery of items:
For accessories, delivery will take 2 days to 1 week to arrive (Singapore) while international orders will vary according to SingPost.

Shipping/ Postage Charges:
SINGAPORE

Postage for accessories is included
Postage for non-accessories items varies according to weight but generally ranges from $5-$10 (bulky items)
Registered mail is necessary for bulky items (bags) at an additional $2.50
Courier is recommended at $8 (flat fee) or $9 (cash payment upon delivery), which is exclusively by Ta-q-bin which allows you to choose the delivery time and day
Delivery for special items, such as bouquets with jewellery, will start from $15 and is only applicable to mainland Singapore. No delivery will be made for Jurong Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Sentosa, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road, all Army camps, PSA Ports and Sembawang Shipyard

INTERNATIONAL

Additional $3 - $5 is required for all accessories (depending on country and no. of pieces)
Postage for non-accessories items varies according to weight but generally ranges from $10-$15 (inclusive of registered mail)
Please inform us via email at sales@oopsiwannasay.com if you would like to pay in your home currency

Please note that -

We are not responsible for any items lost in mail
Postage fees will be confirmed before asking for payment
Our deliverymen do try their best to deliver on time but we cannot guarantee that this will always happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or accidents
Orders will only be mailed out after full payment has been received

Payment:
We accept payment through the following methods -

ATM/ Internet banking (Singapore only). Please drop us an email at sales@oopsiwannasay.com to get bank transfer details
Cash (Singapore only) only if courier service is selected as form of postage and this will be an additional $9
Paypal
Major Credit cards as accepted via paypal (ie. no paypal account required)

Exchange/ Return Policy:

All orders are FINAL and NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. If there are any broken accessory parts due to shipping, send it back to us and we will repair it at no extra charge. Postage to us will be borne by the customer
Once an order is processed and or delivered, there will NOT be refunds for payment of product
We do not entertain second-sale complaints (ie. goods that someone bought from us and sells it to another customer)
If items are broken through customer's fault, repair charges and postage will have to be borne by the customer
All orders are FINAL. Refunds and exchange for non-accessory items will be considered on a case-by-case basis
